STEP 19. Make another series of gathering stitches as described in Steps 11. to 14. previously. Pull the thread to gather the ribbon. This is the third gathered petal.

Note: The stitch on the base of the rose for this third petal, is the last stitch that is falling on flat ribbon. The fourth petal that you will make in the next step, will be stitched to the back of the first gathered petal.
