	STEP 35. At this point you can end, or you can keep going with more petals. You may wish to change to another ribbon color at this point. To end the petals, fold the ribbon down at a 45 degree angle and make a stitch in the base of the rose. Knot, but do not cut the thread (unless you are planning to send the rose to a friend or use it later). You may wish to trim the ends of the ribbon at this point.
